SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to build a distinctive relationship with our clients based on product satisfaction.

• All of our hats are shipped through USPS ground within three to five business days. Overnight and next day delivery service is available with additional cost.

• Montecristi NYC will be responsible for taxes, shipping and handling within the USA territory.

• Montecristi NYC will cover shipping and handling fees for some returns and exchanges as long as they comply with the return and exchange policy. RETURN SHEET.

• Free shipping within the USA territory.

• International fees can vary from $150 to $400 based on the final destination, and it will be sent through UPS or FEDEX depending of the final destination.

• If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please call or email us so we can file a claim and instruct you on how to handle the hat.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to our error.
