RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hats to be returned must be unworn and in the same conditions as it was received. All hats to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back within 15 days after it was received. We kindly request patience from our clients since our products are very delicate to create and some of them have a production timeline of up to 10 months, therefore one might reach a replacement time longer than what we can anticipate.
• Please carefully pack the hat to be returned or exchanged with its original package, preferably in the same manner in which it was received.
• Our hats are shipped with product, care tags, and certificates of authenticity. We will not accept returns or exchanges if these tags and certificates have been removed.
• Products that are returned or exchanged must be unworn, in its original condition, and still have all of the tags attached
• We will not return or exchange a hat that shows any type of damage.
• There will be a re-stocking fee of $25 for any merchandise that is returned.
• If you are exchanging a hat, Montecristi NYC will be happy to ship the new hat to you through UPS ground with no extra cost for shipping and handling if the hat is staying inside the US territory. Any persons wanting an exchange outside of the United States will be charged the shipping fee. The international shipping fee could vary from $150 to $400 based on the final destination.
• Please include with the hat to be returned or exchanged our Product Return Form with the product and the receipt.
• A refund will be submitted 7 to 14 business days after we have received the item for return and it will be in the same form of payment that was originally used.
